We would like to inform you that special requests for earlier appointments can only be granted in exceptional humanitarian or medical reasons.

The German Embassy Kathmandu would like to reiterate that public universities in Germany in general don't charge any tuition fees.

The German Embassy Kathmandu would like to inform that in the case of a visa refusal, certain private universities in Germany will not fully refund tuition fees paid in advance.

Please note that the German Embassy Kathmandu is unable to interfere in such cases.
